Click here to check your answers. Even at your age, you can make a difference with your help. Maybe you're concerned about helping children or animals, providing people with food and clothes or even protecting the Earth. Once you find a cause you’re interested in, you can make a difference by sharing in different ways.
- Give part of your money to a good cause. Many adults do this often. You can set aside some money you've earned, or you can raise money with a fundraiser like a bake sale. Even a little bit of money can make a big difference to those who need it.
- Help people by sharing your time and energy. You could sort cans and boxes at a food bank. Or you could participate in a walk or run that helps raise money for a cause.
- Donate things you don't use anymore, like toys, clothes or books to organizations who collect these items for people in need.
When you share, you feel good, and other people will be thankful you've helped them.
