VA Loan
Known as a Veterans Affairs Loan, is a loan guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. VA home loans are available to veterans, reservists, active-duty military personnel, and surviving spouses of veterans that have sufficient eligibility. VA Loans often require no down payment, no private mortgage insurance, and have attractive financing rates, but a VA Funding Fee is required. Please ask for details.

W-2
A tax form used to report wages you earn and the taxes withheld by your employer. This is a common document requested by a lender at the time you apply for a mortgage, along with recent pay stubs and checking account statements, in order to verify your income and assets.
